Toilet hire in Oxford required for public toilet refurbishment

Oxford Council have set aside £420,000 to renovate the area’s toilets after residents complained about the closure of many public toilets.

Those living in the area have been asked to submit their ideas for the planned refurbishment, with some claiming that fresh flowers and books would make a huge difference.

New public toilets are expected to be built, along with the existing toilets undergoing a makeover – this means that toilet hire in Oxford will be in-demand across Oxford.

New toilet charges in South Yorkshire train stations – is it time to use portable toilet hire in Sheffield?

Passengers who need to use the public toilets in Sheffield and Barnsley Interchanges now have to pay 20p per visit.

South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive, which runs the two bus stations, has decided to install turnstiles and charge each time they are used in order to ‘maintain high standards of service’.

Gilly Greensitt, SYPTE external relations manager, said: “It’s with reluctance we are introducing the charge, but, given pressures on funding, we feel we can’t maintain a high standard of service without charging to use the toilets. We introduced turnstiles at Rotherham Interchange last year. These have operated with few complaints from customers.”

People who use the stations are said to be unhappy  with this extra charge – maybe it is time to use portable toilet hire Sheffield?

The new turnstiles will be installed and operational in Sheffield by Friday, April 27, and in Barnsley on Wednesday, May 2.

Portable toilet hire in Peterborough school required to prevent long term closure

Pupils at a Peterborough school had a longer than expected Easter break after a problem with their toilets, forcing the school to close for an additional day.

Newborough School managed to warn parents of the delay to the start of the term before Tuesday and there were no reported complaints. The school could have benefited from portable toilet hire, allowing the school to open as planned.

Antony Innes, spokesman for Anglian Water, apologised for the delayed start to the school term. “We are sorry for the inconvenience and disruption which has been caused following the closure of the school. This has happened because of a serious blockage at a sewage pumping station on the school grounds stopping the pumps from operating.”

Ten thousand temporary toilets needed for Olympics – portable toilet hire in the UK does still have capacity to supply

It has been revealed by the London Olympic organisers that some last minute plans are still coming together before the event.

Yesterday marked 100 days until the games officially start and, though most is all set for the opening, last minute preparations are being pulled together.
